INTRODUCTION

Greetings to all noble steemian in the house, and to my friend @eliany for always organizing this amazing contest in the @steemkidss community.
It's my pleasure to be a part of this interesting contest, and the theme for this week drawing challenge is Draw a Parrot.
In today's post i will be discussing about a parrot and showing you some few steps on how to draw a parrot.

STEPS ON HOW TO DRAW A PARROT🐦

Step one

• Sketch the parrot

Step two

• Trace it out to be visible

Step three

• Then shade the tail

Step four

• Then shade the wings

Step five

• Shade the body and the stick it's standing on

Step six

• Finally i shade the head of my parrot🐦

1. Pencil
2. Eraser
3. A4-paper
4. Ruler

DESCRIBE A PARROT🐦

A parrot is a colourful and a beautiful medium size birds that can speak human language, it is of different species and colours and it has a thick curvy strong beak.
Parrots are one of the most intelligent birds and they are highly social in nature.
They are known to us as talking birds because they can imitate any word a human says.

WHERE DO THEY LIVE?

A partot🐦likewise other birds live in a nest, and they are mostly found in a tropical and sub-tropical regions like Australia, Oceania, Asia etc.

WHAT DOES IT EAT, TELL US ABOUT THE LIVE STYLE OF A PARROT🐦

Parrots are birds that doesn't really select when it comes to food, that's why it is easy for us humans to keep it as pet.
They eat so many things like vegetables, grains, fruit, cooked rice etc.
As earlier said parrots are one of the most social birds except, perhaps when the come together and concentrate on raising their babies.

ARE THEY IMPORTANT TO MAN, WHAT SIGNIFICANT ROLE DO THEY PLAY IN HUMAN LIFE?

Parrots are so important to man in so many ways, for example those species of parrots that eat the nectar helps in the pollination of so many plant species.
They also helps in propagating the forest because not all the seeds they eat are being swallowed by them, so can fall in another parts of the forest.
Though i have not eaten a parrot before but i think it will have lot of nutritional value because it's just like other birds.

IF THEY ARE DANGEROUS TO MAN, TELL US THEIR DANGEROUS PART?

According to my little research, parrots🐦 are dangerous to humans most especially the kids, they have a powerful beak and a very strong bite force which means that a bite of a parrot can produce grievous bite wounds.
The dangerous parts of a parrot is their Beak.

DO YOU ENCOURAGE US TO HAVE IT AT HOME?

To me i really love birds and i encourage people to keep parrots as pet in their homes, but for the safety of the kids it should be kept in a cage.
