Contest Entry On My Best Science Project.

Greetings everyone,
It is yet another exciting contest organized in this community of our @zero-to-infinity and by our hardworking admin @sandysparkle. The topic for this week contest is a great one to be because of the content is carrying.

INTRODUCTION

Science has always been my best subject when it comes to academic courses during my starting ages. The admiration for science increased and that lead me to offering General Science at my Senior High School level. I wasn’t that very good in my class but I was always among the the top students. It was out of my good results or grades that made me to be selected to be part of a project team during one of my schools’ anniversary celebrations.
I was the leader in my team during the project actually, and we were made up of four teams. Our project was based on the systems we have in our body and their respective organs. In short we did a project about our full human body.

WHAT MY PROJECT WAS ABOUT

My team including me made a project in line with the circulatory system of all we individuals in which I was doing a project on the human heart of we individuals.
A heart created with plastic materials by me was used to serve as a medium to give explanations concerning the human heart.
Out of my research, my project was done on giving the vivid explanations of the various chambers of the heart. That is their responsibilities to our heart and to our general body.
I will use this opportunity to tell everyone how my project was like.

THE HUMAN HEART

The heart of a human is shaped like a love like object found at the left side of the body close to the breast. The heart consists of four areas or chambers which all have their functions. These chambers are namely;

1. The Right Atrium
2. The Right Ventricle
3. The Left Atrium
4. The Left Ventricle
   Basically the human consists of the left and right side.
   The work of the Human is very important to everyone and this keeps the activity of we all to be active all the time.

   The process initiates by the Right Atrium receiving blood from the veins of the body which lacks oxygen meaning in which the oxygen isn’t contained in it then pumps it under low pressure to the Right Ventricle. After that, the Right Ventricle then pumps the blood to the lungs for it to be given oxygen, we call that type of blood oxygenated blood and the blood without oxygen is called deoxygenated blood. When the blood is sent to the lungs for oxygen to be added, the Left Atrium receives the blood from the lungs and pumps it to the Left Ventricle to pump the blood under high pressure to be sent to the whole body. The Left Ventricle is termed as the strong chamber. The Human heart is separated by a space called septum. This part doesn’t
   perform any function concerning the work of the heart of humans.
   If our heart fails to work it will send the fellow individual to death for that matter it is a vital organ in our human body. There are some health diseases concerned with the heart. A few to mention are, Cardiac arrest, Heart attack, Endocarditis and so on.
   This was the best science project I involved myself in during my days in senior high school.

CONCLUSION

In a nut shell, it was a nice moment during the project time because I felt that I really knew what I was talking about. I hope my entry will be considered by our hardworking admins and moderators of @zero-to-infinty. I am looking forward to be more active in this great community.
