Weekly Moderator Report Steemit Pakistan (Contest Management, Guided Users, Upvoting Through Curation Account, Best Picks) | 20% to @steemit-pak

I Hope everyone is in good health and doing great. This is @salmanwains - Moderator of Steemit Pakistan Community.
As a Moderator In Steemit Pakistan, I have got different duties and responsibilities which includes upvoting with curation account (steemit-pak), comments with curation account, Best Pick posts, Contest management posts, Promotion of Steemit, Guiding members, check plagiarism, giving labels to members and make reports of activities.
Art-Contest Management
In the 10th week of Art Contest. We had seen many amazing entries and a tough competition among some of the participants.
But, After discussing with the team, I was able to declare these users as winners of the Art Contest Week-10

Selected Best Picks
We Moderators and Admins of Steemit Pakistan worked as a team in selecting the daily Best Post or Top 5 posts of the day. Admins of the community have assigned some separator duties to us as well.
So Yesterday, It was my duty to choose best picks of the day and post it from steemit-pak. That's why I read each and every diary post of the community from last 24 hours and made a report about the Best 5 posts of the day.

Few days before my cousin ask about steemit And i send. Him details but he didn't take seriously but when he ask how its going I said very nice and I learned so many things so he actually took interest and wants more information so I give him details by voice msgs
I didn’t take any proper breakfast as we had decided to go out for brunch as my younger sister @afifadilawaiz is feeling a lot better now Alhamdulillah. She had corona though her Covid test came negative almost 10 days ago but she was experiencing extreme fatigue and weakness.

I have guided more than 25 members who are active users of Steemit Pakistan and performing already good on Steemit. But they still need improvements in some areas.

Supported Users with Curation Account
When it was my turn to handle the curation account, I read each and every post in the community on that day and found some beautiful diaries and contest participation posts. I used curation account (steemit-pak) to upvote quality posts with an equally percentage 50/25 depending upon the quality of the posts.

- Curate quality posts through official account Twice a week.
- Organize the Art Contest once a week.
