This week we would like for you to think of yourself as a football manager. This is because we want to see the kind of decisions you would take should such a role be given to you. As football lovers, when we are watching the game, we normally criticize the managers for poor tactics and poor decisions. Well this week, you have finally been given the chance to make those decisions.

ABOUT THE CONTEST

If you were assigned as a football manager of a particular team what strategies will you put in place to ensure the success of your team. Here are a few questions to guide you but not limited to these.

• Is there any particular team you would like to manage?

• Are they any particular players you would want to sign?

• What formation would you play and why.

• Which league title would be your topmost priority.

• Do you have a rival team you want to beat? If so, what strategies would you use to ensure that you win.

• How would you contribute towards the development of your national and local teams.

Esta semana nos gustaría que te consideres un entrenador de fútbol. Esto es porque queremos ver el tipo de decisiones que tomarías si se te diera ese papel. Como amantes del fútbol, cuando vemos el partido, normalmente criticamos a los técnicos por sus malas tácticas y malas decisiones. Bueno, esta semana, finalmente se les ha dado la oportunidad de tomar esas decisiones.

• ¿Cómo contribuirías al desarrollo de tus equipos nacionales y locales?
