INTRODUCTION
Football today has become one of the most watched sport with a lot of beautiful memories. Both players, fans, football officials love watching the game of football. it has also become one of the main criteria for strengthening both international and local friendship.

In this week's contest, we are going to be looking at how I would tend to make my team a great success if I was to be a football manager.

Who is a football manager?

First of all, let's know who a football manager is.
A football manager is the person or headcoach who runs must activities in a football club.
Now, let's go into some responsibilities of a football manager before I tell you about my own coaching strategies.

Some responsibilities of a football manager includes;

  1. Selecting players for a particular type of match.
  2. Giving out suitable strategies and formation in order to win a match.
  3. Responsible for the signing of new players to his team.
  4. Encouraging his players.
  5. Assigning duties to his assistant coaches.
  6. Responsible for the growth of the team.
Must have the strategies on how to develop a player.

Above are some duties of a football manager.

Now, let's dive into what I would do to make my team a success if I was to be a football manager.

  1. First, let's talk about what kind of manager I would love to be. That would be Jurgen klopp of Liverpool FC.

Now let's talk about my coaching strategies.

1. Study My Opponent
First, before the start of each game, I will make sure my players are fully ready. I would also study my opposition team, most importantly, their last six games in all competitions and their last three games against my team. This strategy goes for my tactics against my rival team.

With my squad list above, I will play a massive defence and attacking game.

2. Team's Performance
As a coach, I must study the performance of my team and of my players individually to enable me prepare them for the next match.

3. Study Football managers.
One of the main thing to do as a football manager is to study the strategies of other managers. Know their Weaknesses and their strength.

4. Pattern of Substitution.
A lot of football managers suffers improper Substitutions. You most know how to do your substitute In a good way. preferably, it is important you start your changes around 49 mins of the game, and i will make sure that I fix in the right person for a position.

Again, as a manager, i must take it as my responsibility to always encourage my people.

Another step I will take to ensure success on my side is to make sure me and my squad are in good terms.

Always inform the board if you find interest in another player who's not in you team.

As a coach, I shouldn't sit down while my boys are playing, never. I will keep standing from 1-90 mins, and also, motivate my players for a better result.

Lastly, I will always understand my players, watch each of their game carefully.

Thanks to all, thanks to @Steemit, thanks to @worldoffootball, thanks to @steemcurator01 and also, to every individual who has contributed to the Success of this Community.

Excellent participation @chaalee.

A manager like Jurgen Klopp is one of the best out there and always knows exactly where he wants a player, even before initiating a transfer move.

Team's Performance

This is vital to great success of the team. Once you take notes of the various roles occupied by your team, you would know both its strengths and weaknesses. Then you can take the necessary measures to improve it.

Study Football managers.

This is a secret no manager wants to openly discuss. Amongst themselves, they know who the better manager is and tend to use some of their strategies to better their teams.

Pattern of Substitution.

I must say that although it is good for you to know which player is likely to sub the other, at times it is good to start the game with an open mind. Having the best substitutes on the bench is key, but game tactics can be dictated by the style/level of gameplay of the opposition.

I really liked your style of presentation and your strategies @chaalee. Thank you for taking part.
