BREAKING NEWS: SCOTUS denies Texas election lawsuit!

Just nine hours after I expressed a doubt that Supreme Court will be able to resolve anything, SCOTUS announced on Friday evening that the motion by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was denied the leave to file “for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution.”

The decision comes as a surprise only to those who still believe that the laws and judiciary system are established for the sake of searching for justice. They are not. In both, Continental system of law (known as Roman Law system) and in Anglo-Saxon system of precedent law, the main goal is – protection of the interests of the ruling class. And it shows so beautifully through this decision:

“Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.”

A ruling class – a bunch of plutocrats holding the greatest corporations – engaged all their media, tech and ‘intelligence’ power, to install their candidate at the throne. It was an illusion to think SCOTUS will decide against their interests. Furthermore, through history it never was any other way. Only now you can see it so clearly like never before. Your overlords just told you to comply, or else!
