NSA Surveillance: Justice Too Late
In June 2013, a young NSA system administrator by the name of Edward Snowden, made spectacular revelation in “The Guardian”, exposing a global surveillance system established by the “Five Eyes” – intelligence services network of English-speaking countries.
Instead of being celebrated as someone who has revealed the truth about the most dangerous criminals you can imagine, he had to flee to China, and then to search refuge in Russia to save his life. More than revelations, his destiny revealed the true nature of the Imperial Regimes…
In a thousands of classified NSA documents forwarded to journalists Glenn Greenwald, Laura Poitras, and Ewen MacAskill, Edward Snowden revealed a complex programs of global surveillance by the United States National Security Agency (NSA), like for example collecting internet communications from various U.S. internet companies, known under the code name PRISM or a system which enables almost unlimited surveillance of anyone anywhere in the world named XKeyscore. But if you have at least minimal interest in your own freedom, you must have heard for Edward Snowden, just as you must have heard for Julian Assange. The story so far is not new. Now comes…
Seven years after the revelation, we have waited to see a decision of federal appeals court on the matter. And guess what? The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on Wednesday, September 2nd, that metadata “bulk collection” program violated the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), officially making these three stooges – criminals:
Edward Snowden has commented the opinion delivered by Judge Marsha Berzon with a following tweet:
Unfortunately, we will not watch the announced movie “coming this fall”. The Three Stooges are to powerful and has strong protection of their political co-conspirators, that will leave this verdict only on paper and in some court archives. That group of criminals would rather provoke a civil war than allow to be held accountable. And the war they can provoke. They are the ones who has opened a hunting season on Afroamericans blowing the lid of racial and any other intolerance. Therefore, I am afraid the justice in this case has come too late.
It is nice to see Edward Snowden exonerated from the accusation that he is a traitor, but that would not be enough to get him back home.
This group of criminals undoubtedly has enough connections and their fingers in the Covid-19 global hoax, which is largely a distraction from the real culprits who planned the impending economic disaster. Any attempt of their arrest sounds like a fantasy game. And I would really like if someone of you would have facts that would refute this assessment of mine…
Never forget that Julian Assange was one of those who took off the mask from the corrupted political system in the U.S.
