Most people are foodies. They love to eat Our Bangladeshi people also eat different types of food. Among them, he eats tomato, carrot, onion and lemon salad with rice. Salat is a traditional meal. Today I will discuss some of the vegetables in our market.

I went to the market on Saturday morning. A man was sitting next to the entrance gate of the market to sell cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots and lemons. Demand for these products is high in winter. Everyone wants to eat these vegetables with rice in winter. The price is high but people buy these four vegetables.

Tomato is a vegetable or fruit rich in vitamin C. It is loved by everyone, young and old. This vegetable or fruit is available in winter. But now this vegetable is cultivated in 12 months. But its price is lower in winter. Now 60 Tk per kg tomato.

Carrot is another vegetable. Carrots are rich in vitamin A. Eating carrots is good for health. Carrots are eaten as salat. Carrot salat is served in marriage houses. Halwa is also made with carrots. Carrots are currently being sold at Tk 50 per kg.

Cucumber is available throughout the year. But nowadays people buy cucumbers for eating salat. Eating cucumber reduces body weight. Cucumber is a nutritious food. It has a lot of demand in the market. Cucumber is sold at Tk 40-50 per kg.

Lemon is a sour fruit. Lemons are rich in Vitamin C Lemon tastes great with rice. Served with lemon. Lemon gives energy to the body. Now lemons are being sold at Tk 2.5 per piece in the market.
