Hello Users,

It’s my pleasure to welcome you to this lifestyle Show Which is entitled “The interview Showcase”.

It’s actually a New Program which would run weekly, every Friday, it would feature different Steemians from different Countries, it will focus on interviews about any trending happening in the blog, it will also cover a wide range of topics of interest in the blog.

Hopefully Soon, we Could have a Steem Radio Station here in the blog or maybe in discord? What do you think?

Part Percentage of this Program would be dedicated to Charity accounts Namely, @smilenigeria, @worldsmile, and @adollaraday each week in a rotational form.

Hopefully, this will contribute to the growth of those charity accounts which has proven its stand in the world of Charities.

And Our Business For today?

Since the Solar PV Installation is the ongoing Charity Program in Nigeria, it shakes the blog with Some donations within the past two weeks, a lot of users Supported this Program in a very huge Way.

In our Show today, we have Some interesting and Powerful Steemians from three Countries who will Express themselves about the ongoing Solar Project and Charities as a whole. Perhaps you could learn Something from their own view of Charities.

To satisfy your curiosity, I’ll do justice by telling you who our guests are today, are you ready? I guess So.

First, on our interview list, today is @patjewell.

Petjewell is one of the top active Users in the blog from South Africa, Presently She is among One of the Curating teams Called The 7UP, and a Grand Patron in the Steemkidss community.

Ubongudofot
: Were you part of the users that supported this program?

patjewell: Indeed I was. However, I do think I could have done more. With the support of @ null, it has taken away from your project. I also think that with goals in mind like dolphin status and also the current STEEM price Steemians are hesitant to give their full support.

On the other hand, I have seen so many posts where fellow Steemians get so little support for their posts but still, it did not hinder them to give 25% away.

Where I do think I helped was by the marketing of the project. I have seen plenty of posts supporting the project after I either invite them or by them responding to my posts/replies. This warms my heart. I wish to do more in the near future!

Ubongudofot
:How do you feel now that the Budgeted estimated price has been realized to carry out this project?

patjewell: I’ve been watching the budget and the performance of the project very closely. What you have the budget for is very little when compared to what we currently pay for solar systems in South Africa. Therefore I thought that the amount you have budgeted for is too little.

On the other hand, rather budget for the basics and achieve it than over budget and not achieve it. You can always add.

Patawell and Family doing act of kindness at the orphanage

I have learned over the years that the best thing you can do is to create a smile and then broaden it with time.
I cannot wait to see those smiles when they start the power system to perform duties that we so take for granted. I hope it will be shared with all Steemians.

Ubongudofot
:How do you feel about Charity?

patjewell: Charity has always been part of my family. My mother said no to teaching and agree. She wanted to make a difference and started working at an orphanage when she finished school.

I was born having so many brothers and sisters. From was little I can remember how we worked at fundraising and charity events.

Growing up I never let go of it. I’ve always supported local communities, NGO and charities and I have made my children part of it.

At a time in my life, I made a decision to quit my involvement as it was taken just too many hours from me. Till today I don’t know where all these charity organizations got my name. It was time for me to put my family and my business first.

BUT, that forever, I could not stay away from it. In 2009 “Madiba day” or Nelson Mandela International Day, as known by the rest of the world, was established. One day of the year, 18 July, is all it takes for people to participate in doing well for others, get involved with charities, and make a difference in the world.

Just one day! Unfortunately, I do not know the term “one day”. Pretty soon I was back supporting charities and I have not stopped.

The words of Nelson Mandela are so true…“it is in your hands now” and if we don’t do it who will?

As for Steemit and the World Smile Project, I only discovered it a couple of weeks ago. I wish I knew about it earlier and I WISH for it to be pinned somewhere where it is seen by all. If it was I would have gotten involved way back.

In fact, there should be a write-up or button that you can click from where we make our posts. Right under “advanced settings”.

To my fellow Steemains, give and you will receive!

And our Second guest is @chiabertrand.

Chiabertrand is from Cameroon, despite the ongoing civil unrest in his Country, he is still So Super active and one of the top leading Steemian in Cameroon.

He belongs to one of the Curating teams that take care of Finance and technology, a Super active Student of the Crypto Academy.

Ubongudofot
: Were you part of the users that supported this program?
chiabertrand: Yes I was part of this program and I supported it throughout

Ubongudofot
:How do you feel now that the Budgeted estimated price has been realized to carry out this project?

chiabertrand: I feel extremely very happy after hearing that this project amount has finally been realized because all my wish for this project was to see it go through.

Ubongudofot
:How do you feel about Charity?

chiabertrand: Well, charity is a good program because I have seen that it is out to help build stronger communities, to support those who are desperately in need of something and it also helps in improving the quality of life for others. In general, charity is a lifesaver and a life changer.

And Our last guest for today Is @adylinah.

She is From Nigeria and an active User who regularly published Unique and Amazing recipes Collection Magazine.

Ubongudofot
: Were you part of the users that supported this program?

adylinah: Yes, I did and I was very happy doing it.

Ubongudofot
:How do you feel now that the Budgeted estimated price has been realized to carry out this project?

adylinah: I feel happy and most importantly grateful to the steemit team for making this possible.
I am also glad that the estimated budget for this project was accomplished and it's now a reality.

This project has made me realized what true kindness is. The supports from steemit members was beyond what I could imagine ( more reason I love steemians because we work in unity).🤗

Ubongudofot
:How do you feel about Charity?

adylinah: Charity is kindness, a voluntary act of giving, selflessness, generosity, and humanity, name it!

All these mentioned above are the real definitions of a steemian. I noticed this since I joined the platform and during the solar steem project, I was more convinced that these characteristics are in us ( steemians).

Giving makes one happy and we are always happy doing charity and we'll continue to carry out the act no matter how little.

😊The world must smile through steemit🙌😊❤️
