Food Photography Challenge - Week 52 - Salad of pickled zucchini.
Pickled zucchini squash is usually considered second-rate on the shelves of those who like to preserve for the winter because pickled tomatoes and cucumbers will always be in first place.
As a rule zucchini is pickled when you have already eaten enough of them fried and they continue to grow in the garden.
So to speak forced preservation, so as not to throw away the product but in the end you get a very tasty snack a salad that will go with most meat dishes.
