An interesting theme for this week 3, steem4bloggers carries the theme of favorite communities. there will be a lot of interesting posts that I and everyone will be able to read on the theme of this contest, an overview of the interest of users in terms of community. The theme of the third week in the Steem4bloggers community is like a place for me to introduce more about my favorite community, a community launched on March 22, 2022, by @radjasalman as initiator, @heriadi as founder, followed by the appointment of @alee75 as Admin and @ubongudofot and finally me @fantvwiki as moderator.

At first, The Hot News Community was formed with the hope of becoming an online media on Steemit, which expects users to play a role and share news like volunteer journalists. along with the development of the Hot News community, it has become a place to share all forms of posts, as a forum for users to create all kinds of quality and interesting posts. The goal is to be able to contribute to advancing the Steemit platform as well as to the development of Blockchain and other Crypto, and of course, introduce Steemit to people around the world.

Now the Hot News Community is growing with several 1,259 followers, expected to continue to increase as users progress and trust the Hot News Community. There is no reason for me not to introduce the Hot News community, as I am a MOD in this great community. we always prioritize quality and quantity in running the community, always open and transparent is one of the things we run in the Hot News Community.

Before I apologize for this criticism, I take the example of openness and honesty that we run in the Hot News Community. when we were chosen as one of the chosen communities in Season 3, The Weekly and monthly winners were very rarely from the country of Indonesia which is the country of most community mods, we were always open to discussions between community teams. This is not because there are no qualified users from Indonesia, this is more in the point of emphasizing the rules of the engagement Challenge contest, where the most involved are those who have the opportunity to become the best users, regardless of which country they come from.

I can't imagine if I was a Mod in the community, participated in contests, and was rated with excellent marks by other mods in our community and worse yet I was chosen as the best user weekly and even monthly, this would certainly reduce trust and disappoint other users ' mornings of course.

As I mentioned above the Hot News Community is an online media on Steemit that makes you a volunteer journalist to share and also other themed posts. You are free to share various posts in the Hot New community, and of course, what must be considered is to adhere to the guidelines in posting something. So far I've been 3 months in the Hot News Community, either as a follower or a community MOD.

In essence, all types of posts you can post in the Hot News Community, by not violating rules such as plagiarism and other things that can damage the rules that have been in force on Steemit.

As far as my journey as a user and also a MOD in the Hot News community, I have published all kinds of posts as an example as well as encouraged as a user to publish quality posts. I have published posts such as diary books, economic activities, Steem growth, education and also learning with Steem. enriching all kinds of contests in the Hot News Community is certainly very interesting for users to always be active in the community through their quality content.

So far I as a MOD in the community along with other Hot News Community teams, continue to move forward to build an independent and strong community as a blogging ecosystem that can provide the best impact for Steem and Steemit. if the development and progress are in line with expectations, then the ideals to support community followers independently can be realized.

This hope will be wide open and our passion for supporting the Steemit team policy is shaping our efforts to continue to grow and be strong in the future. if possible some interesting and similar contests like the Steemit team engagement challenge will be tried by us, with much bigger contest prizes. this we have done several times, to encourage user activeness.

Almost all of the content I have shared, although some content is my weak point to share. one of them is in the field of Crypto which requires more understanding to be able to make posts that are useful for readers, and this is certainly useful to read.

But over time I will learn to be able to share this type of post, making it a very useful challenge for me. which will later add user insight in the Crypto field and of course my insight, which will be very useful later.
