Today I have found 8 plagarised posts. Day by day the users are getting advance in plagarism. The tools are now useless against them. I spend 5 hours to find these plagarised contents. I decided to divide these users in 4 categories.

Category no-1: Noob :

  • In this category I decided to put those users who only copies contents from different websites and post them direct in Steemit. In this case it's easier to find them with tools.

Category no-2: Advanced:

  • This types of users knows the weakness of the tools. They simply copy contents then change words by using article rewriter. In this case it's hard to find the original content. But not for me 😉. Just 30 minutes of investigation and boom.

Category no-3: Super Advanced:

  • These users are one step ahead from advanced users. Facebook closed groups have some privacy policies. The posts of these Facebook closed groups are safe, without joining these groups you can't see any posts. In this case the tools can't find closed groups posts. Some users take advantage of this Facebook's privacy policy. They copy contents from these Facebook closed groups and post in Steemit. To find their posts I have to spend more than 1 hour.

Category no-4: Super Ultra Advanced:

  • These users are very clever. They copy articles from different languages, then they translate the article in English or other languages. After that they change the words by using article rewriter. I don't want to describe how hard it is to find the original post.

I want to highlight @faruk7869 account. This is a Super Ultra Advanced category user. His 90% posts are same way plagarised. If I start investigate his every post, it will took a month to prove his posts are plagarised.

All visited and tagged, thank you.

Whilst there's nothing wrong with posting content on multiple platfroms, use of the #steemexclusive tag is a lie and I don't like lies.

Most of the users I catch plagiarising now use a translated source. It does take time so I'd recommend focussing on the biggest payouts.

You are most welcome. I think 90% of plagarised content creators are using article rewriter. I have a way to find original but do you have any tips for the article rewriter? I think you have better one.

I don't use any tools, just look at what makes sense and what looks wrong. Some things don't change (not sensibly anyway) so names, dates, numbers are always helpful to look for. I wish there was an easy way but you learn what works and keep reusing the same methods.

Thank you for your precious reply.
