Price Of Being Unbiased

Once upon a time, I'd come across some biased, dangerous, and relativistic, professing Christian criminals who refused to have any objective point of reference under the sun. And I struggled to put their problem in words. Today, however, I am gonna give it a shot as best I could.
We might not be under the law, yet the law is still useful because it acts as the mirror, I'll say. We can look at the mirror and find out if our face is dirty or not. And, in the same token, we can look at the law and find out if we are being crooked or straight.
Look at William Tyndale and what happened to him. His murderers, the Christian leaders of his time, thought that he should be killed for translating the Bible into English; and they eventually burned him at the stake. "Lord, open the king of England's eyes," Tyndale cried out in his last prayer to God.
Look at the 16 year old Denisa (of Foxe's Book of Martyrs). The fearless girl was beheaded for her defiance and refusal to bow down to the idols. She's smiling in heaven, now.
Look at Lutheran pastor and theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer. He's hanged at Flossenburg, only days before the American liberation of the POW camp.
They all looked at the Bible to ascertain what's straight and what's crooked. Even in bad times!
