Hello Steemians!

The 2nd week of the Fifth Season of the Steemit Crypto Academy has now ended very successfully. This was really an interesting week with capable 27 participants. I think almost everyone has learned to create their own Cryptocurrency Token through my lesson. So, let me expand on all the data this week as a summary.

During this time I have successfully explained How to Create Your Own Crypto Token and I was able to cover almost six subtopics.

  • Introduction of creating a Crypto Token.

  • Things you need to know when making a Crypto Token.

  • Explanation of the Remix IDE and download the source code.

  • How to customize the Source Code.

  • Bringing created Crypto Tokens into our wallet.

  • Verification of transactions and other details through a relevant Block Explorer.

According to the above-mentioned topics, 27 participants were able to submit their homework posts under the tag of #reddileep-s5week2. Here they had to present a homework post under the following questions.

  • 1- Introduce how to create your own Cryptocurrency by differentiating between token and coin.

  • 2- Demonstrate how to prepare everything needed to create a crypto token, such as making a wallet and adding a few coins to it to pay the gas fee. (Here you should deposit at least 15$ worth of BNB coins from your exchange wallet to the newly created wallet)

  • 3- Explain the Remix IDE and download the source code by showing each step. (Screenshots required)

  • 4- Customize the source code according to your imagined future project. (In addition to simply stating the steps, you should provide a clear explanation about each customized code)

  • 5- Demonstrate all the steps to add your created crypto token into your any wallet such as Trust Wallet and MetaMask wallet. (Screenshots required)

  • 6- Verify transactions and other details through the relevant Block Explorer. (Screenshots required)

Observations and Corrections.png

According to the above-mentioned data, we can see most of the participants have performed very well. However, I have graded all of them after analyzing their content carefully. Furthermore, here I've considered below included details to evaluate their homework submissions.

  • In the 1st question, the students had to do a good explanation for creating their own Cryptocurrency by differentiating between token and coin. Here most of them had provided good explanations for the difference between Token and Coin. It was really good. But here they need to explain something about the idea for creating their own Crypto Token. However, some of the students were not able to express their idea for creating their own token.

  • In the 2nd question, the students had to demonstrate how to prepare everything needed to create a crypto token. Almost 90 percent of students had demonstrated all the steps very well.

  • In the 3rd question, the students had to explain the Remix IDE and download the source code by showing each step. Downloading the source code was really a simple practical based explanation. Here I wanted to know the idea of my students and accomplished it by evaluating their knowledge from the explanation of Remix IDE. Here I can say, everyone has learned well. They had done good research for including additional details.

  • In the 4th question, the students had to customize the source code according to their imagined future project. And also, they wanted to provide a clear explanation about each customized code. Here 40% of students had customized the source code without explaining it. But more than 60% of students were able to provide some understandable facts.

  • In the 5th question, the students had to demonstrate all the steps for adding created crypto tokens into their wallets providing clear screenshots. This part was very interesting for most of my students. Because there were able to deposit their own Crypto Tokens to their wallet. It was really a great opportunity for every student.

  • Finally, I wanted to verify their transactions. Therefore, students needed to provide proof for verifying their transactions and other details through the relevant Block Explorer. In fact, this is not a simple job. All the students should work with dedication to provide all these explanations.

  • Furthermore, as usually, I considered the quality of their presentation including spellings mistakes and markdown errors. Here 70% of participants were able to perform well.
