Greetings to the entire Steemit Crypto Academy community, we are already in the last week of this season 15 of the Steemit Engagement Challenge. We hope that many users can cheer up and participate in this last week. Throughout this season 15 some users have remained faithful to make their publications, we thank you for the loyalty and commitment shown; devoting the time necessary to participate in the challenges of this community, to all of you thank you. To those who have not participated, we encourage you to join and participate in the challenges of this community and become part of Steemit Crypto Academy.

In this last week of Steemit Crypto Academy, we bring a very interesting topic entitled "Chartist analysis ", we hope that this topic will be of interest and that together we can learn about this exciting world, such as cryptocurrencies.

Contest theme: Chartist analysis

Chartist analysis is the simplest of technical analysis, where it only pays attention to the past price to predict the possible future price of the asset.

There are different charts and patterns of behaviour, which are repeated over time and investors rely on these charts for their entries or exits from the market.

There are trend reversal patterns, where these patterns anticipate a possible change in trend. If there is an uptrend, a change of trend pattern anticipates that the buying pressure has diminished and a change of downtrend is on the horizon.

If we are in the presence of a downtrend and a trend reversal pattern is present, we must be alert, because a trend reversal may be coming, i.e. the price has touched the floor and the price will start to rise.

In this last week we will be studying the shoulder-head-shoulder and inverted shoulder-head-shoulder chart patterns. We want to know the opinion of the participants, on the use of these patterns for analysis in STEEM cryptocurrency.

What is the expectation of this challenge?

1.- What is chartist analysis? And the importance of chart patterns.

2.- What is the shoulder head shoulder pattern? Show screenshots using the BTC/USDT pair. You can use another cryptocurrency pair if you wish.

3.- Explain the formation of the inverse head shoulders pattern. Show screenshots of a cryptocurrency pair that displays this pattern.

4.- For the technical analysis of the Steem, would you use chart patterns? Explain your answer

Contest Guidelines

  • Post your article in the Steemit Crypto Academy community. Participation time is between Monday, February 19, 2024 at 00:00 UTC and Sunday, February 25, 2024 at 23:59 UTC.

  • The article should be at minimum 500 words. You can write more. Your article must be free of any form of plagiarism.

  • Your article title must be: Steemit Crypto Academy Contest / S15W6 - Chartist analysis. Add the tag #cryptoacademy-s15w6 and other relevant tags.

  • Participants must be appropriately following #club5050 or #club75 or #club100.

  • Participants must be verified and active users on the platform.

  • The community moderators would be leaving quality assessments on your articles and probable upvotes.

  • In addition, your article must get at least 10 upvotes and 5 valid comments to count as valid in the contest, so ensure you interact with other users' entries. Do not be involved in vote-buying.

Rewards

  • SC01 would be checking on the entire 7 participating communities and upvoting outstanding content. Upvote is not guaranteed for all articles. Kindly take note.
  • At the end of the week, we would nominate top 3 users that had performed well in the contest and they would be eligible for votes from SC01/SC02.

Important Notice: The nomination of the top 3 users in our community is not based on good grades alone, it includes their general engagements (quality and quantity of their interactions with other users' articles) to measure the overall performance. Also note that generally, you can only make one post per day in the Steemit Engagement Challenge.

Saludos a toda la comunidad de Steemit Crypto Academia, Ya estamos en la última semana de esta temporada 15 del Steemit Engagement Challenge. En esta última semana de Steemit Crypto Academia, traemos un tema muy interesantes titulado "Análisis chartista", esperamos que este tema sea de interés y que juntos podamos aprender de este apasionante mundo, como son las criptodivisas.

Tema del concurso: Análisis chartista

El análisis chartista es el más sencillo de los análisis técnico, donde solo presta atención al precio pasado para predecir el posible precio futuro del activo.

Existen diferentes figuras y patrones de comportamiento, que se repiten en el tiempo y que los inversores se basan en esas figuras para sus entradas o salidas del mercado.

Existen las figuras de cambio de tendencia, donde estas figuras nos anticipan un posible cambio de tendencia. Si existe una tendencia alcista, un patrón de cambio de tendencia nos anticipa que la presión compradora ha disminuido y se avecina un cambio de tendencia bajista.

Si estamos en presencia de una tendencia bajista y se presenta una figura de cambio de tendencia, debemos estar atentos, porque se puede avecinar un cambio de tendencia, es decir, el precio ha tocado el piso y el precio comenzará a subir.

En esta última semana estaremos estudiando los patrones chartistas hombro-cabeza-hombro y hombro-cabeza-hombro invertido. Queremos conocer la opinión de los participantes, en el uso de estos patrones para el análisis en la criptomoneda de STEEM.

¿Cuál es la expectativa de este desafío?

1.- ¿Qué es el análisis chartista? Y la importancia de los patrones chartistas.

2.- ¿Qué es el patrón hombro cabeza hombro? Muestre captures de pantalla usando el par BTC/USDT. Puede usar otro par de criptomonedas si lo desea.

3.- Explique la formación del patrón inverso hombro-cabeza-hombro. Muestra capture de pantalla de un par de criptomonedas que se visualice este patrón.

4.- ¿Para el análisis técnico del Steem, usarías patrones chartistas? Explique su respuesta
