Today is the first Emperor's Birthday after the current Emperor was enthroned in Japan. But the public was not allowed to visit to the Imperial Palace for the celebration of Emperor's birthday unlike usual Emperor's birthdays, in order to prevent further spreading of the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV).
今日は令和初の天皇誕生日ですが、新型コロナウィルスの感染拡大を防ぐため、例年おこなわれている皇居の一般参賀が中止になりました(英語で書くと長いw)。

And it is the last weekend before my solo full marathon next Sunday. I went out for running in the morning. I ran 30 km carefull not to hurt my legs. This workout was the last long running before the solo full marathon. The average pace was ordinary, it was alright in this workout.
次の日曜日の「ひとりフルマラソン」の前の最後の週末でもあります。朝からランニングをしました。足を痛めないように気を付けながら30kmを走りました。これが、ひとりフルマラソン前最後のロング走になります。平均ペースは平凡でしたが、今回のワークアウトではそれで問題ありません。

By the way, plum blossoms have come out at Harbor Walk. And dandelion flowers also have come out at Minatono-Mori Park. Spring is near, although it is still February.
ところで、ハーバーウォークでは梅が咲きました。みなとの森公園ではタンポポの花も咲いています。まだ2月というのに、もうすぐ春です。
