What if the U.S. debt to GDP ratio surpasses the ATH?
The U.S. debt to GDP ratio started increasing again. Several interest rate cuts are coming. There's only one way for the federal funds rate to go.
I think the next third altseason is coming. It will likley start this December, which means the BTC(Bitcoin) dominance will likely start collapsing from this December. Then, if the altcoin market follows the past patterns, the third altseason will last 11 to 12 months.
The first altseason(Jan to Dec, 2017) had lasted for 12 months.
The second altseson(Jan to Nov, 2021) had lasted for 11 months. But, some altcoins had just lasted for 4 months. Therefore, if this cycle follows the second altseason pattern, you need to take into account to secure the cash ratio from your portfolio when the third altseason started 4 months ago. Because, investors need to be conservative sometimes, and consider worst scenarios.
So, if the next altseason starts this December, I would increase considerable cash ratio from my portfolio in next April, even if I miss the opportunity to get insane profits.
Honestly, I hope this third altseason follows the first altseason pattern. I prefer long-lasting bullush markets 😍
