Day 704- 1st Day Water Fasting
I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

Going Caffeine Free- My Experience
If memory serves me right, this is the third week since I switched my regular morning Greek Frappe with a Decaf frappe, which according to the package has only 1/30 of the caffeine compared to the regular version. I guess that essentially means I have gone caffeine free
