Day 704 | 1st Day Water Fasting (14/21)

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

I'm testing out water fasting with the idea to go 80 hours without any food just drinking water. The first day was actually really easy and I have no signs of hunger 32 hours into it. I also slept really well last night so all is working out fine. I have been reading up more on it and learned the importance of breaking the fast as it needs to be done slowly with very light food. I have no idea what I will eat yet and many of the video's show either conflicting info (many start up with water melon while others say fruit is not the best) and many suggest certain food types that I never even heard of and can't be found anywhere.

Anyway, I will see how things go on day 2 and likely take as many days to build eating up again as the fasting period.
