When we live in a daily society we have to face various problems and challenges. Then we are constantly under stress.
Stress affects a person's thinking, behavior or mood.When a person is depressed, it greatly affects their day-to-day lives and relationships with others.
For example, your stress may make it difficult for you to have a good relationship with your children and husband.

This is where meditation becomes important to our lives. If you are worried about stress, meditation can be a great remedy for it. Spending a few minutes with meditation when you are restless can restore your inner peace.
Anyone can practice meditation anywhere.
This can be practiced while you are walking, on the bus, eating, etc.

Speaking of meditation, this has been going on for thousands of years and as Buddhists we have a basic knowledge of meditation. But nowadays there is a growing interest in meditation around the world and meditation techniques are widely used as a successful remedy for relaxation and stress reduction.

If we talk about meditation techniques that calm the mind...
  1. Buddhism's meditation on breathing in and breathing out is based on a greater understanding of mindfulness or living in the present moment.
    In practicing this meditation technique, mindfulness meditation expands your awareness and focuses on what you experience in meditation, such as breathing in and out of the body.

  2. When it comes to guided meditation, this is called representation or visualization, and this type of meditation creates mental images of where you are resting or situations.
    Trying to use your sensibilities and a teacher will guide you through this process. Peaceful images will calm your troubled mind.

  3. Yoga the goal here is to have a more flexible body and a calmer mind. This training is done through a series of posture and controlled breathing exercises.

Not only stress but many other good results can be achieved through meditation. As some of them ..
  • Some meditation techniques reduce negative thoughts, which can lead to depression.

  • Some meditation techniques can help you develop a stronger understanding of yourself.

  • Meditation helps to increase the strength and endurance of your attention as it meditates.

Yes. John Kennedy has given special thanks to Buddhism as meditation helped him to calm his mind during his hard times.

I have done this breathing meditation and it actually helped me to feel better though it was hard to do in first few days.

Meditation is a good exercise that can heal our mind and lots of Europeans have already allured to follow it. Not only that, we had constructed one of VIP hospitals in Oman and separate rooms and facilities were provided for the meditation and even Arabians were interested in this regard too.

Yes, it is a good trend that the interest of Europeans in Buddhism has increased in the last few years.
It is a pleasure to know that the Arabians also really practice meditation.

I also did Yoga for few days. Actually after doing that it was some kind of a new experience. The whole body was relaxed and the mind was refreshed to a fresh start

Actually I also practiced yoga for a few day.. but I have missed it in the last few months. I follow "yoga with adriene" youtube channel. It will be useful for you too.😊😊

La meditación puede ser muy útil para calmar la mente. Aunque la he practicado pocas veces, sin duda alguna, me parece un excelente método para disipar las preocupaciones y relajarse un poco. Actualmente mucha gente debe estar practicándola o intentando practicarla por la cuestión del estrés provocado por el confinamiento.

Meditation is the best solution to unveil our souls to spiritual life.🧘❤️

It has many positive impacts on a person and among them, stress release will be more advantageous to have on.

I also tried to do this some days and those days I felt better than other days. As, by experience, I know its effectiveness and invite all steemit friends to make this as a habit to your life and it will definitely convert you, to your better version.😎✌
