I also did Yoga for few days. Actually after doing that it was some kind of a new experience. The whole body was relaxed and the mind was refreshed to a fresh start

Actually I also practiced yoga for a few day.. but I have missed it in the last few months. I follow "yoga with adriene" youtube channel. It will be useful for you too.😊😊
