Jussi blockheight query
Hi all,
I've got a small jussi query. I'm setting up another API node, and so far I have API and AH daemons set up and synced, with Jussi sending API requests to the correct endpoints, and Nginx providing SSL front end.
Remote API requests work fine; however when I look at the naked endpoint in a browser I see:
It's not updating the block number.
Whereas my existing node, api.steemwow.com, correctly shows its irreversible block height:
What am I missing? The main config difference between the 2 nodes is that the new one isn't yet running its own Hivemind endpoint.
I feel like Jussi should maybe be calling get_dynamic_global_properties but isn't?
Sorry guys, should have tagged you in the post; any thoughts @ety001, @justyy, @steemchiller ?
I think this is intermitent issue, the jussi_number shown to 2000000 and then will be sync-ed to latest block.
Thanks for getting back to me :)
That's what I'd expected, but 24 hours later the situation is the same. Both chains are synced, and I can remotely call condenser_api.get_dynamic_global_properties and see correct head_block_number -- but the jussi_num displayed at the raw API endpoint doesn't change from 20000000..
Further to this -- I guess you were right! I'm confused why it took so long, but now Jussi is suddenly tracking correct tip.
