[Dev] Steem Engine & SCT

Since Steem Engine stopped working due to hacking, we have been working to fork Hive Engine(https://github.com/hive-engine) to create new Steem Engine.
First of all, we have succeeded in reading Steem's custom json and generating Steem Engine information.

The problem is that it takes too much time to read Steem Block information.
By calculation, it took almost a year.
I understand that it would take over a month to recover the old Steem Engine data.

Also, if an error occurred in data input, data had to be entered again from the beginning.
This part may have been caused by not fully understanding the Hive Engine source, but it seemed like it would take a lot of time and effort to solve it.

We decided to postpone forking the Hive Engine.
While waiting for the existing Steem Engine to recover, we developed UPVU 2.0. We are developing a new service now.
It seems that the Steem Engine's data has been properly restored, but it seems to have stopped again from yesterday.
I guess I'll have to check again to see what the problem is.
After confirmation, if it is confirmed that it has been completely restored, SCT's service will be restored to normal.

We need to think about how to handle the Steem Engine in the future.
We will do our best to lead you in a good direction.

Steem Engine이 해킹으로 인해서 동작을 멈춘 이후 Hive Engine(https://github.com/hive-engine)을 포크하여 Steem Engine을 만들기 위한 작업을 해왔습니다.
일단 Steem의 custom json 을 읽어서 Steem Engine 정보를 생성하는 것까지는 성공을 하였습니다.

문제는 Steem Block 정보를 읽어오는데 너무 많은 시간이 걸렸습니다.
계산상으로는 거의 1년이 걸렸습니다.
기존의 Steem Engine 데이터를 복구하는데 1달이 넘게 소요되는 것이 이해가 갔습니다.

또한 데이터 입력이 에러가 발생하면 처음부터 다시 데이터를 입력해야 했습니다.
이 부분은 Hive Engine 소스를 완전히 이해하지 못해서 발생한 것일수도 있지만 이걸 해결하는데도 상당한 시간과 노력이 필요할 것 같았습니다.

Hive Engine을 포크하는 것은 미루기로 하고 기존의 Steem Engine이 복구되길 기다리며 UPVU 2.0을 개발하고 이제는 새로운 서비스를 개발 중입니다.
Steem Engine의 데이터가 제대로 복구가 된 것 같은데 어제부터 다시 중단이 된 것 같습니다.
어떤 문제가 있는지 다시 확인을 해야 할 것 같습니다.
확인 후에 완전히 복구가 된 것이 확인이 되면 SCT의 서비스도 다시 정상화시킬 예정입니다.

앞으로 Steem Engine을 어떻게 처리할지도 고민을 해야겠습니다.
