[Dev] Multi sig setting complete

Multisig setup for UPVU-related accounts has been completed.
Now, when UPVU-related accounts execute transactions that require owner and active privileges, such as transfer, power-up, and power-down, all transactions are possible only with multisig.
It cannot be executed with only the owner and active key of the account.
In fact, you don't need the keys of the accounts to execute transactions.

It's a pity that we didn't develop it until after going through a lot of pain, but it's fortunate that we built it even now.

Now, I need to set up multisig for personal accounts so that they can be safely processed.

UPVU 관련 계정의 멀티시그 설정이 완료되었습니다.
이제 UPVU 관련 계정들이 전송, 파워업, 파워다운 등 owner, active 권한이 필요한 트랜잭션을 실행할때는 모두 멀티시그로만 가능합니다.
해당 계정의 owner, active 키만으로는 실행이 되지 않습니다.
사실상 트랜잭션을 실행시키기 위해서 계정들의 키는 필요가 없습니다.

큰 아픔을 겪고나서야 개발을 하게된 것이 안타깝기는 하지만 지금이라도 구축을 한 것이 다행입니다.

이제는 개인 계정도 멀티시그를 설정하여 안전하게 처리할 수 있도록 해야겠습니다.
