Active .- "Hardfork 21" _. Inactive

As we all know, HF21 was launched at 11am on August 27th, now we only have to wait for the results of this new application in the changes of this platform.
I think it's too early to evaluate the behavior, however I would like to know how many users are active today August 27 and then evaluate the activity or behavior to redo the measurement within a month and be able to measure how many are inactive.
That comparison can be made through a count with the assets, when I speak of assets I think only of those who in one way or another make a publication at least every two days.
After performing the count but filtering and comparing with the users of the original count, they will wonder why only compare with those who were originally counted, this discard I do to omit the new users.
This way you can only make a difference with the same sample without including new users.
Well that approach I do it so I can see the results of how it can affect all users who are currently active.
Because I ask that question, since the changes will only make the big ones bigger and the small ones will cost us a lot more to keep growing. Only if you are really dedicated to creating content. The experience of the HF20 was that many left because the RC limited them to make comments, that created a lot of discouragement and in turn the great escape.
I still believe in steemit and as Venezuelan I believe much more, a long time ago I read in a publication that every penny counts and I always repeat it for me every penny counts.

Let me say that personally I think we still have to wait a little while until we see what really is going to change, there are already changes at comment upvote/curation rewards, but You better talk with @Crypto.Piotr he might give You a better insight on that than me.From my end I don't see much of a difference yet, but also haven't been so active as I would like to, so, for as much as I would like to give a detailed insight it's not possible, still, can also say that I'll be here for the long run, and still have faith that, this might end up helping me change life for the better, until the moment people understands money has no value and drop it for good, but until then, I'll keep my way of thinking same as You, every penny counts, or I'll have to go live far from everyone, what might actually not be that healthy, but I digress, and without that much to add, let me also congratulate You for another excellent post with an important topic and also for the proposition to compare "after and before" between the active users!Thank You for being a dedicated user of this community and contributing as You already did ^^. Great question, I agree with you, it would be good to know the number of creators who are affected by the changes and decide to leave, although we hope that the majority can continue fighting to grow.
I think that as after HF20, delegations emerged to support users with low CR, I think we should prepare ourselves to create initiatives that can help content creators continue publishing.

I imagine you say it compared to the previous HF when we could notice a great defection.
The method that you propose would not allow to count the new incorporations of users to their condition of "assets", you are assuming that there will be desertion.

If you are right to be positive and I am too, but I believe that the reality is different, people do not know the reach that has steemit above any other social network, however they do not get much.

@lanzjoseg, In my opinion here we need the change of perspective and by that i mean, HF21 is effective when we see it on Mass Level but some will face losses for sure but i think that this change will boost this space and if price of Steem and adoption of this space will rise inturn opportunities will rise and everyone can participate and empower themselves more effectively.
I am going to leave my doubt. I am going to stay.
