Without any further delay here are the artists in the spotlight for the first Helpie Fine Art Curation
@vladimirr is a brand new addition to the Steem Family. Super Fresh. At the time of writing this post he had less than 20 followers Soo..............let's change that real quick.
When you stop by his page you are going to be blown away by his oil paintings. He brings to life and paints what looks to me like the soul of paint itself. Combining the energy of natural forces and vivid colors into captivating scenes he is certain to impress.
@davidcheifetz is a top shelf oil painter. He is another artist that joined us in January and is a gift to the art loving community. When you visit his page you might already recognize his work from other places online. He is an internationally acclaimed and collect artist.
He makes still life and figurative oil paintings that really seem to be a tribute to the beauty and richness of oil paint as much as the subjects. It is inspiring to study his process.
@eterno or Eddie is an artist that joined the platform last month and is an excellent addition to the visionary artists here. He makes mixed media paintings inspired by nature and Psychedelic Experiences/Visions.
Radiation is a dominating force in his compositions using variation in contours mixed with archaic designs in a very interesting way. If you like trippy as much as I do you are going to love this guy's work.
I know you fine people will go show these great artists some love, and I don't just mean an up-vote or a re-steem, but a comment as well. We know it is important to reach out and connect with the human on the other end of the great expanse and let them know our genuine thoughts and feelings.
Want to Get Curated?
What Are We Looking For?
If you want to get your art curated by Helpie then you need to keep these things in mind
- The ARTWORK YOU POST MUST BE YOUR OWN......I know how to use Google's Image Search.......Just putting that out there.
- It must be clear that the artwork is your own
- If I find you have posted a really great piece of artwork, but when I click on the post I can't tell if it is yours I'm probably not going to stay very long. I'm not saying that you have to write a book about the art you post, but a quick exclamation of ownership and maybe a short backstory. The problem is that there are just too many people out there sharing other people's art and just saying a few words without giving any credit to the artist for the image they are using. It is just too difficult to sort through all of it all the time.
- Extra Points for showing your process- Not only does it make it easier to verify the work is original, I am also very intrigued by watching the process of other artists and I think it benefits the art community here on Steemit.
No Digital Works, No Photography - Nothing against the two. That just isn't what this curation is about.

What an excellent selection, all of them are so talented. I am an illustrator both traditional and digital. Mostly traditional though. But I have not posted much of my work yet. I embed my copyright and what I upload on steemit but you cannot help some of you images are put by people on pinterest, I recommend also to check credit, most of times it is easy to verify. This encourages me.
Yes @yidneth I ran across a couple of artists in my search that were stealing other people's work. So sad. People work hard on their creations and it takes a lot of work to make money from your passions.
I guess it happens, for me copyright is one of my biggest concerns on Steemit, it´s a bit like when you share music online and people think they can offer torrents of the full album or upload full youtube videos with all the songs :(. But I guess we must re-train people to give value to the creator´s work. I have seen some of my drawings in high traffic sites that never asked permission. Even some "creepy pasta" sites haha as some are spooky, so sometimes google search shows them first on theirs cos they have highest ranking. What I do uploading here is again re-attaching my metatags into every single picture, sometimes people don't bother and that information embedded in the pictures remains. Sharing some steps in between sounds also like a good way to make it clear. I am now adding like a white frame, in reality it´s cutting part of the image so I always have a "bigger" one with a little extension as proof. Just little tricks that I thought useful.
Yeah. Maybe you could make a post about how you protect your work. I know I would love to read it
This is EXACTLY what @helpie is all about.
So now we really need some kind of coordinated effort so that we are covering different areas but all under the Helpie banner.
I think there are a few of us that could work together to sort out something for music. I would be happy to be part of this.
