**Eating healthier - breakfast in bed** 🌅❤️
I’m morning person and waking up it’s not always problem for me. I said, not always . There’s come a moment I can’t live in the morning but not today. I wake up at 5 and first thing that I do, is to go for a walk with my dog. I just love mornings walk... everything is still so calm and peaceful 🦋
So... today’s menu for breakfast: waffles with jam ❤️
Very simple and very good. You need :
25 g of almond or coconut butter
250g flour
200 ml of milk - almond milk
3 eggs (whole)
3 grated apples 🍎
2 tablespoons of crushed linseed
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 tablespoons of warm water
Jam or Nutela
Mix all wet ingredients in one container, and in the other, all dry ingredients (except baking powder). Into the wet mixture, start to pour the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Then let the mass rest for 5 minutes, and at the end add baking powder.
And that’s it. You can start baking :)
