Passing Around The Fruit Cake- A Broad Discussion On Health Part 3.
Somewhere over the years, an interesting joke came about that focuses on the festivities of Christmas. One member would create a dessert in the form of a cake that had chunks of various pieces of fruit and then that cake would be given to someone as a gift during the holidays. From there, rather than eating the present, it would instead be re-gifted to a different family member, friend, or another family entirely. For anyone who is familiar with the tradition of passing around the fruitcake, it's not going to come as a surprise that in the cake's journey, it could travel to twelve or more locations and in that exchange, manages to reach the same people multiple times. It's almost the same as the game children play when they pass the hot potato from one to the other. It's alright if you touch it, but nobody wants to end up with it.
Our body works much the same as a game of "hot potato,"when it comes to toxins. As clusters of toxic material travels through the body, if the location it ends up isn't suitable to handle it, it will go to the next one. If, however, it gets passed around for too long without resolution, it will (like the twelve-year old fruitcake,) eventually settle in one final location where it will wreak havoc. Whenever we take medicine, we pass that potato. Whenever we stifle our body's ability to flush toxins out by taking antibiotics, it gets passed on again. As the same toxic potato from your youth, continues to pass back and forth in your later years, disease sets in and you eventually die. This, of course, is only after your body isn't capable of passing it on anymore and had become incapable of handling it, but is, nonetheless, what the final results of setting the waste aside instead allowing the body to deal with them. There isn't any reason that you should have to perish due to the mentality of a festive tradition nor a child's game.

Stop Passing The Cake
Your body has the amazing capability to heal itself from an incredible array of horrific things. This is, of course, only if you A. give it the proper nutrition to sustain these processes, and B. that you don't interfere when the healing takes place. The first part we touched briefly on yesterday, but you may wonder why anybody would knowingly interfere with their progress. Surprisingly, it happens more often than it doesn't. To put this into perspective, consider this: When you get a runny nose during the flu season or a severe headache out of nowhere, by taking more citric acid (commonly sold off as Vitamin "C",) or taking 650 to 1,000 mg of Tylenol every six to eight hours, what is it that you are trying to accomplish exactly? For most people, these are preventative or curative actions against sickness, however when you understand how the body works, you realize quickly that if anything, you are really disrupting the natural processes of your body. In fact, almost all intervention that people take against sickness are usually more detrimental than helpful.
Most people are under the belief that the symptom is the disease, when in reality, it is actually an effect of the cure. Little do they know, that by taking a variety of concoctions that make them feel better, they are destroying their body. They are passing their illness from one location in their body to another due to disrupting the process that their body was performing to fix the problem. The body wants to fix the problem, but the individual want to feel better. Those are separate things and do not correlate. To allow the body to heal, it's important that we allow it to do it's job even if it makes us feel uncomfortable. It may seem counter intuitive to think that we would need to feel discomfort in the process of eliminating waste, but when you consider the options that the body has to dispose of wastes, it becomes clear that the changes necessary to eliminate the toxins create a condition within your body that you aren't used to while being well.
The progression of toxicity
The chart above gives an overview of the progression of sickness. In short, there are four main stages of toxic exposure and 6 mechanistic phases. To speak about it briefly so that it's easiest to understand, just imagine this... if an irritant comes from the air you breathe in the form of debris, then the villa on your lungs will detect it upon entering your body and cause you to automatically cough to get rid of it. If you drink something that is poisonous, than your body will attempt to vomit it up. Both of these are examples of how the body automatically eliminates troublesome content before it becomes a problem. There are, however many exposures that you constantly come into contact with on a daily basis where it isn't that easy. Eating too much food or ingesting small amounts of chemicals which don't induce vomiting, can't easily leave your body through those pathways, so instead, they leave through the pathways of bowels. If toxins aren't able to go through these pathways, they could equally travel through sweat, saliva, or urine. Each one is specific to the toxin.
When a toxin stays inside of your body, than it will need to go somewhere. If for example you eat something that is non conducive to your health by your body isn't able to digest it properly because your digestive track is messed up, instead of being broken down and passed through your feces, it will try to be destroyed through inflammation within the gut. If it cannot be done, then it will travel somewhere else, such as, your liver. If your liver is busy and cannot accept it, it might travel back to your gut, but if it worsens and can no longer be broken down by traditional means, it will be stored somewhere until your flow system starts working again. If left there, it will eventually pass through the barriers of your tissue and become "impregnated" into the deeper muscle or bone. If it remains there still yet, then it will start to degenerate that structure until the cells mutate, or become cancerous.
Here is a highlighted list.
Typically, your body will eliminate these toxins before they become a problem, but it is us that usually causes them to arrive to the 6th phase where it metastasizes. By introducing a substance with the intention of eliminating the problems from within us, actually cause the processes necessary to eliminate them, to cease to function properly.
Why We Are our Worst Enemies
Imagine this scenario. During your mother's pregnancy, there was a complication that involved the need to have her give birth with a cesarean section. As a baby, you were born without the benefit of a vaginal birth and therefore, lacked the appropriate microbiome that a traditional child may have had. In addition, your mother had less than an ideal diet and mild toxicity due to heavy metals and remnants of prior metabolic wastes. Because of this, you pick up an infection which causes colic. Your parent, concerned with your high fever, contact the doctor and he prescribes that you take amoxicillin until the symptoms pass. Later in life a separate complication takes place where you are told that you should have your tonsils removed because the have become severally swollen. They are removed and then there isn't any future problems until your mid- forties or fifties where you find that you often have headaches which you have learned to suppress with aspirin. Also, you take occasional Benadryl for allergies, Acetaminophen for pain, and antibiotics and steroids during illnesses. Eventually, you realize that you now have appendicitis which causes you to remove your appendix to survive. Maybe somewhere in your sixties, you have another outbreak that causes you to have your pancreas removed, then a kidney, then part of your liver, and then chucks of your body that have become cancerous. This isn't a crazy scenario, because it is very logical and linear to what happens all of the time, but nobody hardly ever sees the correlation between any of these.
What most people don't know is that every organ has it's purpose. There is absolutely 0% of your body that is independently redundant. Each part has it's function. In the previous example, the individual started off at a disadvantage since they lacked sufficient good bacteria and had no control over what there parents did to get rid of the infant symptoms, but honestly, almost everybody starts off as a disadvantage. The more serious issues are caused by the removal of important organs.
Consider the first problem. Since the baby has a weaker immune system, it has a hard time dealing with an incoming infection. To counteract this, the babies body does what it needs to do to get rid of the threat. It inflames the area that is problematic to break the virus into more manageable pieces so it can pass through the bowels. This causes the babies temperature to raise to an unsettling level for the parents, how in turn, panic. As the antibiotics are administered to eliminate the symptoms, the process of heating the body is stifled and forced to resume at a standard temperature. Without having been able to break down the toxins fully, it is still unable to pass through the excretory system, so it must, instead pass into a deeper part of the body to find a separate opportunity to get broken down.
As time passes and the toxin is still within the system, as well as, many new smaller threats, it must pass into the tonsil system to be held and reduced by a similar method. The body arrives to the importunity again and attempts to break down the toxin through inflammation. This causes the tonsil to swell and the parents to panic again. Their solution? Cut the organ which is actively participating to destroy the threat to the body, out. Now, the organ that was able to eliminate the threat is removed, but the toxin persists. As this path continues, it inevitably causes cancer and the loss of several other organs all thanks to the worry of the individual and the poor advice of the doctors.
Cancer Doesn't Just Fall Out Of The Sky
Serious illnesses don't just happen by accident, they are formed over time by neglecting the bodies' desire to eliminate wastes. Every single pill that you take to prevent or reduce a symptom pushes that sickness deeper and deeper until, one day, you are on your death bed. Today it is important that you understand that wherever you take something to make you feel better, you are actually doing long term damage to your body. Your body is incredible, but if you abuse it non-stop, it will one day fail.

I totally agree, you can prevent many diseases by eating lots off vitamins and minerals. I boost myself with multivitaminpills, garlicpills and omega-3, i am nearly ever sick and always in good health.
Im trying to tell people that are sick often that they should eat more vitamins and minerals but they dont listen, so i tell them to not complaine either when they are sick often.
