Advice:

  • Stretch before and after your exercise.
  • Breathe properly on each rep.
  • Quality over quantity.
  • Hydrate throughout and afterwards.
  • Eat a healthy snack with protein after.
  • Do exercises you enjoy at first to build momentum for harder ones.
  • Take before pictures to appreciate your results over time.
  • Feel good about your accomplishments.

-It's ok to start with a number you're comfortable with if you can't reach 100.

-For December, I'll count 30 minutes of dedicated walking or jogging as 50 reps for those who prefer to get the ball rolling.

  • 13+13 (no idea what it's called. It's like a plank, but instead of staying static, each rep is pulling your knees all the way up and back again, sliding on the floor).

Hopefully you don't need to use your legs at all tomorrow!

I love that exercise, which have no name :)
