Daily challenge completed - 100 reps:
- 30 lunges
- 30 squats
- 7+7 push-ups
- 13+13 (no idea what it's called. It's like a plank, but instead of staying static, each rep is pulling your knees all the way up and back again, sliding on the floor).
Hopefully you don't need to use your legs at all tomorrow!
I love that exercise, which have no name :)
