Here's what 100 calories actually looked like in the form of nuts. Did you know that only FOUR walnuts are 100 calories?
I eat like 30 of those at a time! That being said, calories are DEFINITELY not the enemy. Nuts are FULL OF nutritional benefits! The important thing to remember here is PORTION control, not minimizing calories. Anyways, anyone else a hardcore nut addict? :)
