The constant life of human beings is the emotional pressure. Family turbulence, office trouble, personal life, state problems - all of it is very difficult to remain stress free. All of the problems of the day are filled with a lot of our mind. As a result, it is due to stress. But it is possible to control this pressure if there are some easy ways to know. Let's see ways:

  •  Song: A song of light mood that can hear from being crushed under stress. But there must be a song that you like. Listen to music in Yerepone while working in the office, only minutes and five minutes. Then sit back again. The music enhances the speed, skill and skill of brain cells.

Well, I chew gum rarely but when I do that it is for fresher breath and not stress. I did not know it can relieve stress, huh.

Body massage is my choice which I do often not just when I am stressed but also my way of pampering myself during me-time. It is very relaxing that actually makes me fell asleep in the spa. I wish I can go on sleeping without the need to go home because that will break the sleep momentum. Though sometimes, I ask for home service...
