TIPS TO REMAIN HEALTHY AND FIT THROUGHOUT A YEAR

Nowadays we all are usually following a very unhealthy lifestyle. This article is about the important steps that we can take to keep ourselves healthy and fit throughout a year.

Hands should always be washed:
Keeping our hands clean is one of the most important steps we can take to keep ourselves healthy and from this step we can avoid getting sick and spreading germs. Hands should always be washed before eating anything, after using toilet, after coughing or sneezing, after touching a garbage etc.
Always try to wash hands with water and remember that hand sanitizers are not as effective when hands are visibly dirty and they might not remove germs.
Moreover, our house should always be clean because that is the place where we spend most of our time.

EAT HEALTHY:
It is so important to eat healthy. In order to have a good health we must limit the amount of food we eat and to avoid unhealthy junk food such as Fast food items, everything that is sweet, fatty, fried or salty should be avoided or at least should be consumed in less quantity.
Follow a balanced diet chart, fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and other organic foods needs to be added into our daily routine.
And above all drink plenty of water.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:
Nowadays children prefer to stay indoors, playing games on their computers. This is not at all a healthy way of living. It is really very important to go out every day and to play outside with friends and family. Through this activity they will get fresh air and also will be getting enough Vitamin D from the Sun.

QUIT SMOKING:
In one of my blog posts, I have clearly mentioned as how to stop smoking and you will lead a healthy and happy life after getting rid of this unhealthy habit. And believe you me, after getting rid of this unhealthy habit you would begin to think that this was probably the best thing you have ever done in life.

ORGANIC EGGS:
Eat organic eggs. They are very good for health and consume them without any hesitation.

AVOID TAKING MEDICINES:
One thing that I really want to mention in this post, please avoid taking a lot of medicines. Yes! I am talking about self medication that we all usually do for our sore throat or headache. Even I do this sometimes when having headache or flu like symptoms. These medicines have a lot of side effects and these excessive consumption repercussions on the state of health.
Try to treat your ailments naturally through herbal tea, essential oils, plants etc. Consume as little medicines as possible.

EXERCISE REGULARLY:
My advice for all people “EXERCISE REGULARLY”.
From this you will be able to fight against different diseases and it is good for your physical and mental wellbeing as well.
Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and you have more energy to tackle daily chores. Exercise may also make it easier for you to quit smoking by reducing your cravings and withdrawal symptoms. It may also limit the weight you might gain when you stop smoking.
Exercise can help you to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer as well.
And walk is also very good for maintaining good physical health. Start developing this habit as soon as possible.

RELIEVING STRESS THROUGH HEALTHY DIET:
Eating a healthy diet can lead to a better physique. You will feel better about your physical appearance which can boost your confidence and self esteem. This would help in reducing stress and improved cognitive function as well.
DO NOT ISOLATE YOURSELF:

Always remember that it is not just diet that helps us in remaining healthy and fit in life. Our life depends upon our support group as well. It is very important to have people around us for better mental health. Always spend time with your friends and family on regular basis. Don’t isolate yourself.
Once you adopt a healthy lifestyle, you would lead a healthy and happy life. But to achieve this goal one needs to have a strong will power.
