My name is Paul from Austin Texas and I was just recently introduced to this fantastic platform, which I am still learning about!
In the next few days I will be introducing my journey of health, fitness and family life since going after a keto-genic eating plan !
As a Canadian that has lived in California and travelled across the country I must say the cowboy way in Texas isn't so bad! BBQ is King here and living a healthy life, being married and raising 3 kids and 2 dogs can take its toll on the body...you know what I am talking about...and I have paid the price! Time to take back my life and hope my journey helps a few out there! I am not going to limit myself to just food and fitness but I thought this would be a good segway to meet and share with you!
