Why kids are addictive in computer games?
Some children had stole money just to play computer and the others not eaten to play and cut their school classes to play. It's what we call peer pressure and its environment. For example, If Andrew is son of a rich family, he is going to become a gangster? Just try not let your child go outside until he/she reach 7 years old. It's just like in drinking beer or whisky, at first he is not drinking but if he is trained, he going to continue until he/she get drunk. They will be no interest how to use computer if no one is teaching how to use it. Playing computer they do what they want and thinks they have super powers.
The kids are different nowadays. Instead they are playing outside and get sweat, they choose to sit in the front of the computer and play some addictive games. Maybe its because of their friends called "Bad Influence" who thought them how to play that game. Some of them says "Follow the trend" they need to relate what their friends' topic and if not his/her friends called him"Kill Joy" or some other says "Your not a Human". Some of their friends are bully.
The Philippines is one of the countries in which online games are especially popular among young people. League of Legends, Cabal Online and the most popular Defense of the Ancients or the DOTA 2 are common in emerging online games. DOTA is a kind of war craft game where there is a character in a world and you are defending a location with other players. But sometimes, the DOTA is no longer a simple online game, because most of its players are frustrated. Others are already hungry or have no food and sleeping just to play it.
According to Dr. Jose George Los Baños, a psychiatrist, is an addictive adjunct to a human being. “Its an online game and it really hits you to be part of something especially the basic human instinct,” “The addiction, there is a need to be satisfied because for any person so the children are involved in the game itself, they really live in the world of the game.” he said. Dr. Los Baños added, “online games have a great impact on someone's behavior. They're really violent, they're even violent with parents.” But for me it depends how your friends introduced the game to you. In my own experience, im playing DOTA for almost 3 years but I'm not that addicted, playing DOTA is our bonding time with my friends. Sometimes 2-3 times a week we play. Well theres a lot of factors why kids are addictive in computer games. It may be because the parent deprives them of such things as result to rebel because they can not keep up with their friends. If they have computers at home and have a stable internet. I do not know if they go outside and go to the computer shops. They need the right discipline by their parents. Maybe they are lazy to study so they just go to the computer shop and play. It's good to keep the money so they can't steal. So do not blame the youth. Just right discipline from their parents are needed. It's child rights to play, but today's generation is very different because of the gadgets and not the street games.

Children are very impressionable. If a good role model is shown by the parents then children are less likely to be influence by external peer pressure. That is not to say that they will not like video games and the likes but if they are taught to like them in moderation then it will not be a problem for them growing up.
A factor is security! For parents to have their children where they can observe is better than having them on the streets where insecurity predominates. These times where drug, drug addiction and violence predominate in the streets.
If we go to the 80 's the phenomenon was born by the novelty and entertaining it is. At that time we had places where we visited to talk and play arcade games.
Today are very addictive video games when you're just learning to use a game comes out your part two and you are well caught with video games. Today there are many market studies where they know what to do to catch the user with video games or other programs.
Brian excitement leads to more need for excitements in perpetual cycle. Video games is all the excitement they can offer for their age.
