Greetings Steemians! happy to be once again participating in this challenge of healthy recipes. In this seventh week I bring you a recipe for a healthy dessert: Chocolate Cake and Banana. This great challenge is organized by @healthsquared.

  • Ideal for pregnant women and in nursing process.
  • It stimulates appetite.
  • Combat anemia.
  • Protects the stomach.

  • Tan perfect.
  • It hardens nails.
  • Goodbye to the hair loss.
  • Prevents the occurrence of caries.

Vitamin A or beta-carotene.
Vitamin B.
Vitamin C.
Iron.
Potassium.
Phosphorus.
Calcium.

Properties and benefits of the Banana.

Bananas are a fruit that provide the greatest amount of calories, and provides quality and pure energy to the body. It is an excellent source of vitamin C, and vitamin B6, which are essential for the formation of tissues and red blood cells.

It contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, mineral salts and carbonohidratos. Thanks to its chemical composition, it saves many similarities with breast milk, and is ideal to combat States of constipation. Its shell was used in antiquity to make poultices, to relieve the symptoms of sprains and inflammation. They are rich in fiber. It has minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, selenium, zinc and iron.

It has simple and complex carbohydrates

Ingredients for the base:

  • Three carrots
  • A cup of almond flour
  • Half a cup of golden raisins
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Two tablespoons of coconut oil

Ingredients for the filling:

  • Two bananas
  • 200 grams of chocolate without sugar
  • Filleted Almonds to taste (To decorate).

STEPS:

1.- Remove the skin from the carrot, then slice and boil for about 30 minutes or remove from the heat once it is soft.



2.- Once the carrots are ready, remove from the heat and drain with a sieve.



3.- Place in the food processor The carrot, the almond flour and the blond raisins, mix.



4.- Once the mixture is ready, add the sweetener and the coconut oil to the food processor.



5.- When the mixture is ready it is placed in the mold and is slowly stretched, until it is completely stretched in the mold is covered with the dough.



6.- Once the dough is complete in the mold, the base is taken to the refrigerator for about 2 hours or when it is consistent.


7.- For the filling we use bananas and dark chocolate without sugar, then cut the chocolate into small pieces.



8.- Place the chocolate in the fire or microwave and melt, then mash with the bananas. Once you are ready add the banana puree to the melted chocolate. Mix.



9.- Once the base of the refrigerator is removed, add the filling, the mixture of chocolate and bananas.



10.- Once ready add the sliced almonds to decorate, if you wish you can take it to the refrigerator again for a few minutes or you can simply eat it. As you prefer.
