Yoga has been brought to the Western world and taught mainly as a fitness/work out routine to keep your body in shape. While Yoga possesses this capability to maintain your body, this is far from the main idea behind Yogic practice. Yoga is a mindfulness practice that is meant to bring spiritual awareness within oneself. Join me in today's episode as I discuss two of the main points of focus which help create this atmosphere of spirituality in Yoga.
