And there we go. Hope you enjoyed. Remember, you can click on the title of each haiku to go to the original post on that haiku where I give some commentary on the poem and perhaps some insight.

Also note, all of these were translated by me. Feel free to use any of these translations anywhere you want, but if you do, please credit me. I ask that not so much because of my ego, but as a haiku reader myself I always want to know who did the translation so I can find more from them if I like it, so I'm always happy when a web site or book provides that info.

Needless to say, if you enjoyed any of these, follow me for more. I try to post one a day. Sometimes I miss a day if work or family gets in the way, but I do try to keep up.

Perfect post to catch up on all of them last 10 entries :D

haha well that's true, it is why I do these collection posts after all. I'm still thinking how I want to collect all 100 as I move forward with the next 100. An index post or a pdf. Hmm...

Thank you :) I'm glad you enjoy them.

Thank you for sharing information about historic objects. I love it..

What historic objects? What information? This post is sharing small poems called haiku. Please read more closely before making a comment.

ahh... wow... lovely post!! this is what I wanted to do some day! 😂 I should check previous one later little by little... thank you for sharing! Restreem!

Glad you enjoyed. haha well there are 100 of them, so it might take awhile for you to go through all of them. Little by little, ne. Thank you for reading and for the comment :)

I like #1 and #3 the most, both make me laugh out loud.

Glad you enjoyed :) Both Santoka and Issa had great humor in their haiku. They often make me laugh out loud too.

I have been trying to compose one about turds emerging from melting snow but clearly those guys are masters.

hah. It's good to know when you are beaten :)

Beautiful post, thank you.

I love Buson. :)

Buson is one of the greats—I love him too. Thank you for the comment :)
