WHO
Bio done for Eye of Art #20:
PichiAvo is Spanish duo of graffiti writers and classical artists, mix of classic art and contemporary urban art. They create their own universe, urbanmythology as they call it. Generally, they try to adapt their murals with the environnment with a specific message, inthis mural, some messages like From Valencia to Montreal.
First day the background :
All started in 2007 in Valencia (Spain), Pichi and Avo created huge mural in their hometown. In order to flee the egocentrism of graffiti, they decided to create a unique work in four hands.
Then, a second background full of graffiti...
The first days, I was wondering if the gods would appear :-) but in the middle of the week, the first god was there...
And to finish, his friend
"We started our style thinking we should bring everything we know about art together and adding graffiti to help bring classical art back to life." - (source)

That is a wonderful mural. I wonder where they would take it, after the first couple of shots, since it appeared that the whole space was filled with tags.
But then... That was unexpectedly good! 😎
Me too :-)... the first days I thought it was going to be just a graffiti's tribute.
