The agent was telling him that they had Ralph under custody, and he could only think about his family. What would his wife say? Today was her birthday for god's sake!!! What would his friends at the office think about him? He wouldn't have a job after this, that was for sure. He may even go to jail!!!

His head was spinning, he needed a glass of water. 'It was only a few thousand dollars, I'm sure we can find an arrangement,' he was trying to take out his tie because he felt that he couldn't breathe anymore.

'Exactly 1.7 million dollars, we have your partner's confession, we've been behind you for months,' said the agent while he was taking out some documents from the envelope that he held in his hand.

That amount of money was not close at all to the thousands of dollars and the Rolex, that he received in exchange for the inside information. Ralph was so stupid, why did he trade that much money? In the other hand, he felt more stupid for trusting Ralph; a guy that he just met a few months ago, he wanted to yell at him and punch him in the face.

'Sir, you need to come with me.' His career, his family, his life, everything was about to change...
