Things gets better when there is a helping hand. Steem is just like the real world; we must have the rich and the poor (steem power wise) but just one thing, everything we do here is bare to the eyes, there's no hiding.

I was introduced to this awesome platform by @enolife late last year December 2017 but was unable to get my account approved on time, so I'd say I got onboard 3rd of January this year. It took a while for me to understand how the steem blockchain works. Gradually I grasped the steps just by watching some crypto veterans "dos and don't".

This image captivated me during my springtime, it depicts "Blog and earn" but after hardfork20, I'd name it "stake and earn" lol.

My introductory post did pretty good, bagging over $14 on rewards within two days of posting along the line steem market value dipped rounding it up after 7 days to $9.9. what followed my payout on my subsequent post discouraged me, the rewards were little compared to my intro post. Thinking of what to do. Information from left, front, back and center magically introduced me to discord; Ginabot, curation shows, minnowsupportproject "$upvote url", lots of servers, joining a local community and most especially making friends which I have done throughout my course on steem.
