Still one of my very favorite herbs ever and definitely the best one I would suggest to expel heavy metals and most toxins. Thanks for another great post. All for one and one for all!!! Namaste :)

Super valuable to know plants that can expel toxins in this day and age. Thanks for your support, @eric-boucher!

As always a pleasure, all for one and one for all! Namaste :)

I absolutely love cilantro. I have considered it one of my favorite foods for years. But, over the years some people have told me how much they absolutely hated it. It's hard to believe but there is apparently some scientific basis for the I love/hate cilantro.

Thank for sharing @splits! We grow quite a lot of it, which is great because the Eden Knights are fans of it. It is interesting to take note of people's preferences...

I love to pile on cilantro into my sandwiches, salads and tacos.

It's super tasty! We add it to our food and activated water as well.

Yes! Spread the knowledge!!

In the UK this is called coriander. I'm happy to hear it is so good for you as I love it.

awwh now I know why the leaves look familiar, but the name didn't ring a bell.
