Winter is Upon Us ...Romania 20 March 2018
Hello Friends!
So this post/video is an update on my gardening post that I made few days ago.

In the end of that post I wrote that we received news that WINTER IS COMING...again and we planted fast some seeds then I cut some wood for our fireplaces:
We planted the seeds and I even cut some wood because we saw on the news that the weather in Romania will go bad again .
I hope that the ground will not freeze as it has done in some cases over the years.
In a nutshell they where right...
The lettuce has seen some better days:
I hope that this will be the last snow...because our wood supply is low and we need more wood..

Great post..Loved the amazing pictures they are really great..That is great that it is still snowing as i love snow but never had seen one in my life as i live in country where snow doesn't fall.Yes some plant had died and some had live thought..Loved the cat picture and you had collected a lot of wood there..Thanks fore sharing it with us..@cynetyc

Wow didn’t knew the climate is soo difference in romania than the rest of the world, here march spring is at the door and how are you planting in snowy climate it’s amazing and you have a beautiful place, your videos are very fun and amazing to watch .keep it up.
Yeah this snow is not something common in my country . Usually we have snow at the end of december or middle of January but it is rare to have snow in the end of march.
In Romania there are very old folk tales of long winters and terrible summers with no water for the grain planted in the field.
In my specific place -Dobrogea people have many myths about the weather and farm fields because for a long time farming and cultivating grain were the primary means to earn a living.

Our South Asia is almost in the middle of the winter! The winter time spent a lot of fun, many good vegetables, flowers have seen a lot of things. Now we can not see that.
I'm wondering to see those snow fallen @cynetyc.
It's created amazing decorations to nature.

It's spring here already
Yeah ... this is rare in my country, I mean usually at this time of the year it will be a mild spring...not snow.
It must be tough.. I know snow is fun and all that but it just isn't that great when it snows during this time

Romania is indeed a beautiful country, we have so many beautiful places rich in history, myths and legends, traditional food, and rich land for farming.
But with all of this treasures ...people still do not know how to protect and properly use its riches .
I hope in the future I can have a part in teaching the next generation the importance of our natural treasures and how to respect and protect the land.
The sad truth is that people leave this country in search for a better life ...and ...professional people like doctors, are hard to come by .
Sorry for my long comment this was something that was on my mind lately.
