Garage Rock Girls! Open Up Your Mind, by The Mod 4
Here are 4 girls making so much noise in the Garage that the neighbors probably all moved away! Most excellent noise! This is The Mod 4 from Davenport Iowa, consisting of Alice, Barb, Kathy and songwriter Nellie Hastings. These girls are loud and fast and ready to rip your head off!
This 45 RPM record was recorded in 1967 or 1968. The B side is "A Puppet which is quite different from the A side. It's a sad forlorn psychedelic track featuring an organ and very slow reverb guitar.
But Side A is the killer track - Open Up Your Mind! It starts with a slow bass line, then an arpeggio guitar, cymbal smash, and the loud fuzzy guitar begins! Some nice background harmony leads to the first verse.

More bass solo, more harmony, then shredding guitar solo, almost veering off track a few times!
