Best bang for buck gaming setup?steemCreated with Sketch.

I’m looking to build a new pc soon and I want to keep my budget around $600. I want to play games at a good frame rate and quality setting and I want to do a little mining on the side. What would be the best option for me in this budget?

In 2021, the Intel Core I5 10400f is a fantastic mid-range processor for gaming. This CPU will be a wonderful entrée into gaming, especially when paired with a strong GPU, thanks to its 6 cores and 12 threads. In most popular games that aren't CPU intensive, you can expect good performance.

AMD brings out new CPU intel drops prices, AMD new GPU Nvidia drop prices, AMD got the big shot companies scared enough to drop prices which they never do great for us.
I now have an all AMD setup and better in the pocket for it.

Since I am also building a PC for my son this Christmas, so far my research says $600 is too less for a PC to play games at a decent frame rate, especially newer titles like CyberPunk 2077, Far Cry 5, etc.

I actually have a budget of around $1300 but stuck in between choosing the motherboard and SSD.

I've read this article and they talk a lot about having good VRMs within the motherboard and I am actually totally blank as to what exactly is the crux of VRM. Can anybody fill me in with this?

Here is the article I am referring to.

I've chosen Ryzen 9 3900X because I got a good Christmas deal at Walmart.

Also please suggest a good SSD to go for?
