Another happy day to all of you! Though we all love Mondays, it is still nice to make it to the middle of the week to know the weekend is not far away! By this time in the week I’m starting to get excited to hit up my farmers market again to see what delicious fruits and veggies I can find to stock back up on the seasonal bounty.
Luckily we had plenty of entries yet again to keep us “full” this round of #fruitsandveggiesmonday! The fantastic HONORABLE GUEST JUDGE @proanima made some delicious choices, as usual. It is fun to see what is coming in season all around the FAVM family kitchens. No matter what is growing in your part of the world, you should find some magnificent recipes to try from among all of our weekly contenders!
