Happy Monday my friends! Welcome back to another fun edition of your favorite Monday plant-centric competition! Well, we call it a competition but though the contestants always bring their A-game, there’s definitely nothing cutthroat about it. As always, anyone is free to join in on the fun! We welcome new people any week you want to jump on in with a post.

Our HONORABLE GUEST JUDGE for this week is none other than @proanima! She brings so much to the #fruitsandveggiesmonday table that it is hard to remember the competition before she started joining! In case you’re not convinced by my words, check out the post that snagged her top spot last week Medallions with Onion Sauce. How delicious did that post look? Luckily I’ve got my own dinner cooking right now or I’d be really hungry... 😉
