As promised, we are going to have a daily prompt/post here at the Freewrite House to add to the prize pool for the Mad Writers.
So far, we have 38 Steem in the pot to be split between the "winners." The prizes are donated by @felt.buzz, @whatisnew, @wonderwop and @mariannewest. This will be paid out either in SBI or in Steem transfer - that will be up to each of you.

I'm new to this! I don't see the "prompt" we are to use (unless it is just the word madness?). I wanted to participate but am new to Steemit and honestly don't understand it well at all (despite all the tips sent my way via @carolkean). I will need to do some self study this week. However! I want to do the free write! what is the prompt?
