The cracker - 5 MINUTE FREEWRITE
She was looking at the crackers on her plate. Three small plain crackers. „Did I put too much? Maybe two is enough.“ she taught and decided to remove one from the pile carefully putting it back in the bag. Now she had two. She was sitting and staring at them. „Will they go straight to my hips?“ she wondered. Left of her there was a mirror on the wall, right of her too. When she turned her head left she saw an ugly person staring back at her, and on the right an even uglier one. „One will do.“ she concluded and removed one cracker. Now she was down to only one tiny cracker.
This was my entry for the freewrite challenge organized by @mariannewest, the theme was "cracker" and the only rule was to set a timer for 5 minutes and write until the time runs out. Meni su krekeri malo traumatični, kod nas su se jeli samo kad si bio bolestan ili imao problema sa probavom pa ih danas ne mogu baš eto samo tako kupiti i grickati :)

Thank you deirdyweirdy. I had a lot of things in my mind when writing this. First I started out thinking about an anorexic girl but then when I was finished I saw that I could be also interpreted as a poverty situation.
