Freewrite prompt -Swing

She glides back and forth. Her tummy tickles filled with butterflies each time she swings to and from. She feels carefree. And just for a moment, her life's reality does not exist.
She smiles. Even though she knows this time is short lived. She feels just like the other children for just one brief moment. Nobody can tell the dark secret she hides inside.
She swings. Higher and higher she swings trying to escape. Hoping the heavens sky will suck her up, escaping her from this misery she hides so well.
She swings. Back and forth. Back and forth. She feels light. She feels free.
Back and forth. She swings until the sun sets and the day is done.
This is my fictional piece for the 5-minute freewrite. I heard about the freewrite prompt from @happycrazycon an @alismamasstory.

I'll be real honest here, it felt so freeing reading this! Loved it! Wish I, too could swing that high and get sucked up by the heavens sky, just to get away from it all.
